Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Rules We understand that plans change. However, our boat schedules and staffing are arranged based on confirmed bookings. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposits paid.
  • 24 to 48 hours notice: 50% refund of the total booking value.
  • Less than 24 hours notice or No-Show: No refund. The full amount of the invoice is due.

2. Weather & Captain’s Discretion Safety is our number one priority.

  • If Alex Adventure Services cancels a trip due to weather, mechanical failure, or unsafe conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule for the next available date.
  • The decision to cancel a trip is made solely by the Captain or Operations Manager. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation unless accompanied by unsafe sea states or lightning.

3. Late Arrivals The boat departs strictly on schedule. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the listed Session time (AM/PM). If you miss the boat departure, it will be treated as a “No-Show” with no refund.
