Terms & Conditions
1. Certification & Experience All divers must present a valid certification card (C-Card) from a recognized agency (PADI, NAUI, SSI, etc.) prior to boarding.
- Refresher Policy: If you have not dived in over 12 months, a refresher course or private guide may be required at an additional cost.
- Nitrox: Divers requesting Nitrox fills must present a valid Enriched Air certification.
2. Medical Fitness Scuba diving is a physically demanding activity. By booking this service, you affirm that you are medically fit to dive.
- If you have any medical conditions listed on the standard RSTC Medical Statement (e.g., asthma, heart conditions, recent surgery), you must provide a signed physician’s clearance before diving.
- No refunds will be issued if you are denied boarding due to lack of medical clearance.
3. Equipment Liability
- Rental Gear: You are responsible for any rental equipment checked out to you. Lost or damaged gear will be billed at the replacement cost.
- Personal Gear: Alex Adventure Services is not responsible for loss or damage to personal cameras, computers, or dive gear left on the boat or in the shop.
4. Safety & Conduct
- The Captain has the final authority on the vessel. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before or during water activities.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
5. Environmental Policy We operate a strict “No Touch” policy regarding marine life. Harassing wildlife or damaging coral reefs is grounds for immediate termination of your dive session without refund.
