Flights
Option A: Cozumel (CZM)
- Direct international flights available.
- Fastest and easiest option.
- Short shuttle ride to hotels/marina.
Option B: Cancun (CUN)
- Often more flight options/lower cost.
- Requires “Bag Drag”: Bus/Van to Playa del Carmen + Ferry crossing.
Ferry Crossing
If arriving via Cancun, you will take the passenger ferry from Playa del Carmen.
- Run Time: Approx 35-45 minutes.
- Schedule: Runs nearly every hour from morning to night.
- Providers: Winjet & Ultramar (Check schedules online as they alternate).
Entry Requirements
Ensure your travel documents are in order before you fly.
- Passport: Must be valid for duration of stay.
- Tourist Card (FMM): Usually provided by airlines or available at entry.
- Customs: Be prepared for random bag checks upon arrival.
